The Total Woman Show offers you a targeted face to face marketing opportunity in an energetic environment catering to women who are ready to improve themselves, their lifestyles and shop! The show offers keynote speakers, fashion shows, demonstrations and over 170 exhibitors.
Exhibit Space
This year's Total Woman Show will be the largest show yet, with over 200 exhibitor spaces available! Spaces are selling quickly but there are still many booth spaces open. Our standard booth sizes are 10x10, 8x10 and 10x5 but we are willing to consider custom booth sizes to meet your needs. Exhibit fees vary depending on your booth size and location. How do I apply?
Applying is easy. Simply complete the Application Form and submit it to Grand River Shows via email, fax or mail. A $150 deposit must accompany your application to be considered.

Booth locations are assigned on a first come first served basis. Although we try to accommodate booth location requests, we cannot guarantee a location. Please send us a few preferences.
Please include the following with your application:
- Three clear, up-to-date photographs (no slides or Polaroid’s) of products. Submit jpegs to shows@grandrivermedia.com
- A written description/drawing/photograph of your booth display.
- A $150.00 deposit. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Cheque & Money Orders (payable to Grand River Media).
*Send your application to us as soon as possible to increase the possibility of being accepted.
*A pre-paid self-addressed envelope/package must be included with the application if you would like your material/photos returned.
Set Up
Friday, February 12 ONLY, 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
All booth spaces are pre-assigned by the show manager. A best effort will be made to accommodate your preferences.
Help Promote the Show!
Closer to the show we will send you your Exhibitor's Guide with show details. As promotional materials are created they will be sent to each exhibitor. You will receive: two show posters, a bundle of flyers and 5 complimentary tickets for clients/friends.
We encourage you to put our logo on your company website! The more promotion our participants can offer, the better it is for all! Please just ask and we will send you a logo. In return, we will add a link to your site too!
Join our Speed Networking Session!
By popular request, the Total Woman Show will host an Exhibitor-only Speed Networking session. More details will follow. Bring your cards and flyers and meet your fellow exhibitors. This is how great business and great partnerships are born!
